Rafter H Longhorns is owned and operated by family members Kenn Harding, Tammy Tiner, and Laura Harding. The Rafter H Longhorn herd and "ranch house" is located near Edge, Texas about 30 miles north of College Station, Texas.

Our young Herd Sire 
Span Pro

Span Pro is a July 2019 bull with very lateral laid-back horns that have a distinct twist at the end. His horns measured 82.5 ttt at 36 months (Dalgood projection - 90.9").  The 2 horn pictures show how his horns his horns have rolled between April 2021 and July 2022.

Span Pro has been Class Champion in multiple Futurities. He was Reserve Grand Champion Bull at 2 of them, and Grand Champion bull at 3 of the Futurities. He is the only bull to date that has been Grand Champion Bull at the Futurities of both the TLBAA and ITLA Championship Shows!

Below are pictures of his dam and grand dams, all with twist horns. More importantly, his first two heifers (Fall 2021) out of non-twisty horned cows show strong evidence that they will have twist horns!

We are also using AI with some outstanding bulls and limited purchases of cow/calf pairs to add additional impact on the herd. This has provided us with young heifers from Drag Iron, Drop Box, Non Stop, and Rowdy HR.
